Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time and we'll help you rebook or refund you in full.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable, but reach out anyway — we'll do what we can to help.
No-Shows
Sessions are non-refundable for no-shows without notice.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
